Valve rotators are used on diesel and gas engines in wide variety of applications. Each time a valve operates, the valve rotator turns the valve slightly.

Ball & Spring

These work by using a series of spring-loaded ball and ramp assemblies. Again the effect is to rotate the supported Valve Spring.

These work by the action of the internal spring on the two main rings. The effect causes a small rotation of ring supporting the Valve Spring.
