At Helical all our valve rotators under go rigorous testing. This testing takes place at our in-house Rotator Test Centre where we have the capability to test valves of all sizes for rotational speed, endurance, overload and destruction.
Helical also provides a test and inspection service on rotators used by customers in the field to determine condition and performance, with results presented in a technical report. This is a free service to our customers so we can work together to improve the design.
